ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Karen joined the Title Alliance Ltd family in September of 1995. As Accounting Manager, Karen oversees the department and assures that AP and AR are operating smoothly. She processes the joint venture statements for each operation on a monthly basis and issues dividend checks on a quarterly basis. She is responsible for setting up credit card accounts for new employees and working with the bank to ensure that fraud is minimal on our cards. Karen is also responsible for managing the operating accounts of each joint venture entity, as well as for Title Alliance Ltd. She monitors bank accounts and handles Positive Pay issues as needed. Karen closely monitors the wires that come in and out of the escrow accounts to assure accuracy and reduce fraud.
