Friday, May 1st, 2015

Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today that Title Alliance Group of Maryland, LLC appointed Paul Case Aiken, II, Esq. as its new Corporate Attorney and Dolores Radovich as its new Office Manager. The partnership between Title Alliance and RE/MAX Realty Group in Maryland was announced in January.

Aiken brings a strong background as a business professional and attorney with over 30 years of experience to the Gaithersburg, MD office. His legal background as a General Civil Law Practice Attorney focused on business representation. This includes negotiating and drafting commercial real estate purchase agreements, residential and commercial settlements, and commercial loan workouts. Aiken is licensed to practice law in Maryland, Georgia and the District of Columbia. Aiken also is a licensed Title Producer in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

“Casey adds a lot to our Gaithersburg office,” says Nancy Warner, Director for Title Alliance. “His business and legal background make him a great fit for our company to see success moving forward.”

Radovich comes to Title Alliance boasting a 20-year background full of high-level title review. Previously she was a Manager at a title and escrow firm and a Post-Settlement Supervisor at a title corporation. She holds her Title Producer’s license in Maryland, DC and Virginia and is a Maryland notary public.

“We’re excited to bring Dee on board,” says Warner. “Her experience will help our Gaithersburg office’s efficiency and will improve our review processes. Her wealth of title knowledge makes her an excellent match to fill this role.”

Aiken and Radovich will work together to launch Title Alliance Group of Maryland into the premier title agency for the Montgomery County Maryland and surrounding areas. They have spent the last several days focusing on training and learning systems and procedures and familiarizing themselves with Title Alliance’s practices.

“I’m thrilled to be a part of something larger than us,” says Radovich. “Having the Title Alliance network of resources is going to really help to set Title Alliance Group of Maryland apart from other title agencies. Their commitment to compliance and their educational services will allow us to be ready for all of the upcoming industry changes.”

Aiken adds, “It is important that our clients understand that choosing a title company isn’t a decision they should take lightly.” He concludes, “The August 1 deadline for the new closing regulations is going to cause some title agencies to struggle. We’re proud to say that we have systems in place to be able to be in front of those changes.”
