Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, through our partnership with SymbianceHR, has appointed Warren Cooks as Director of Human Resources. This announcement comes weeks after the appointment of Kevin Gunter as Settlement Officer for Executive Settlement Providers.
Cook’s career began in Human Resources as an HR Generalist, then progressed into roles of increasing responsibility such as HR Manager, and HR Consultant in the pharmaceutical industry. He has owned and operated numerous staffing and consulting firms where he delivered a variety of management consulting advisory services to his clients. As Director of HR, Cook will be responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the human resources and training departments within Title Alliance and will work closely with the leadership team to streamline processes and procedures to enhance talent acquisition, orientation, and all strategic, administrative, and compliance aspects of both functions.
“We saw a need to greatly enhance the support our teams were receiving through both a Human Resource and Training perspective,” says Jim Campbell, Chief Executive Officer of Title Alliance. “After meeting with Warren and his team, it was apparent to me that his skillsets aligned with our needs and that the changes he could implement would make an immediate impact. We are confident that our partnership together will allow for Title Alliance and our affiliates to continue to grow as leaders in the industry.”
Title Alliance and SymbianceHR have partnered together to deliver strategic human resource leadership to the company. This partnership will elevate the HR service across the operation while identifying opportunities to maximize the effectiveness and capabilities of the workforce. Cook will focus on delivering sustainable solutions to demonstrate ROI, mitigate and manage compliance risk, and empower organizational success.
“I am pleased to have the opportunity to serve Title Alliance in the capacity of Director of Human Resources. I will provide strategic human capital management leadership which in simple terms translates into enhanced HR service delivery to ensure the workforce is provided all of the programs, processes, and support to be successful in achieving the mission and vision of Title Alliance,” says Cook. “This includes a strategic focus on talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational design, performance management, reinforcing the infrastructure, and producing ROI through our human capital investments.”
