Continued Growth for Title Alliance in the Florida Market as Milestones Achieved


Title Alliance, a RESPA-compliant ESOP company who specializes in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today they have reached a major milestone with their latest addition. Title Alliance of South Florida, LLC is the company’s 20th joint venture with Keller Williams Market Centers and their 39th overall joint ventured agency. The company first announced their Florida expansion plans with Title Alliance of Collier County in August.

“Opening an office in Florida with such an incredibly respected operation is really exciting for us,” says Nancy D. The Keller Williams Market Center in Pembroke Pines opened in 2005 and currently has 261 agents who service real estate properties in South Florida. In 2014, the Pembroke Pines Market Center closed 2,488 units for a total closed volume of over $402 Million. In 2014 alone, the company’s profit share, unique to Keller Williams, was $202,571.62. Luz Velez-Cardamone, Principal Partner & Broker Associate for Keller Williams Realty Partners SW, believes that this partnership is going to take the Market Center and agents to the next level.

Agents had seen boxes and taped up windows for the past several weeks as our teams worked to put everything in place in preparation for our Grand Opening,” says O’Connell. “We toasted the partnership, unveiled the company name and logo and had a cake to celebrate. It was quite an impressive beginning to what will prove to be a long partnership.”

Beginning January 26, Title Alliance of South Florida, located in the Keller Williams Market Center in Pembroke Pines, will be available as a full-service title company offering a range of services including title and escrow needs for the public, the construction industry, attorneys, banks, real estate, and other lenders. The company will offer title insurance, preparation of closing costs, payoffs, title searches, assistance with coordinating and preparing closing papers, 1031 exchanges to defer capital gains, disbursement of mortgage funds, and act as a notary public.
