This partnership will allow Title Alliance and its affiliates to enhance technology efforts with the full implementation of Adeptive’s ResWare platform. ResWare is the leading production software for automation and innovation in the real estate title and settlement services industry which will assist Title Alliance in achieving its 2022 Vivid Vision announced in the fall.
The ResWare platform enables title and escrow professionals the ability to automate every aspect of the closing and settlement process with streamlined and action-based workflows for maximum efficiency. From trust and escrow accounting with positive pay, secure collaboration, service provider and bank integrations, title rate management, and customer specific fees to e-signing and reporting, ResWare will enable Title Alliance to maximize its productivity.

Title Alliance will begin implementing ResWare in Q3 starting with the western operations, full implementation will be completed across all Title Alliance entities in all states by the end of Q1, 2021.
