Title Alliance, LTD, an ESOP Company, and a leader in RESPA-compliant title joints ventures since 1983, announced that the company held its 7th annual “Day at the Ballpark” at Citizens Bank Park during the Philadelphia Phillies baseball game on Thursday, June 12. The company has hosted the celebratory event for their employees, clients and partners in the Philadelphia area. The event has come a long way since the company’s management team repurchased the company seven years ago.

At the baseball game, Patrick Smith, Operating Principal of Keller Williams of Central PA East and a Partner in T.A. of Central PA, threw out the first pitch, a longstanding ritual of baseball to recognize a guest of honor at the game and officially begin the game.

“Although an obviously nerve-wracking experience, I was proud to stand in front of the entire stadium and throw out the first pitch as a representative of both Title Alliance and Keller Williams,” said Smith. “The event was a symbol of how far Title Alliance and their affiliate companies have come and the entire day embraced the family-like atmosphere that the management team of Title Alliance has strived to achieve.”

The 750 person customer appreciation event featured a sponsored tailgate held in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn on Packer Avenue. The tailgate was catered by Crocodile Catering and featured a sampling of appetizers and desserts, including tomato mozzarella skewers, fruit skewers, pigs in a blanket, chicken fingers, pinwheel hoagies and an assorted chocolate dessert bar. Employees and guests celebrated their relationship with Title Alliance and its affiliates by documenting the day with a photo booth provided by Shutterbooth Philadelphia.

“Our annual Day at the Ballpark is one of the highlights of the year,” said Lindsay Smith, Marketing Director of Title Alliance. “It is wonderful opportunity to give back to our employees who work incredibly hard throughout the year, and our clients who are the reason for our success. It is also a great chance for our employees to network with other employees who work in differing offices and for management to be able to network with clients in the offices who aren’t seen on a daily basis.”

The event was sponsored by all of Title Alliance’s affiliated companies surrounding the Philadelphia region, including:

  •     Center City Settlement Services
  •     Citywide Closing Services
  •     CU Settlement Services
  •     Del Val Settlements
  •     Devon Abstract
