Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today it has appointed Bill O’Connell as Pennsylvania Relationship Manager. O’Connell has an extensive background in the title industry and has been a part of Title Alliance for 18 years which began with selling retail title before venturing into the Affiliated Business Arena. O’Connell’s appointment comes after the announcement of   Christy Hempstead as Regional Operations Manager,  solidifying the company’s commitment to their first region.

As a graduate of West Chester University with a degree in Business, O’Connell began his career in the title industry by selling retail title before becoming an Affiliated Business Specialist. As Affiliated Business Specialist, he was responsible for developing new joint ventures in Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, Maryland and Virginia as well as working with existing joint ventures. As Pennsylvania Relationship Manager, O’Connell will work closely with every Pennsylvania joint venture to increase capture and to add new members through SEC offerings.

O’Connell will work with each office manager and team leader to drive business to joint ventures. He will meet with agents and lenders to explain the company’s value proposition in order to earn their business.
