Title Alliance, a national real estate title & escrow company specializing in joint venture operations, is celebrating another accomplishment worth sharing. Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation recently recognized the Pennsylvania-based company with a “Top Fundraising Award.”

MEDIA, Pa., June 6, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Title Alliance, a national real estate title & escrow company specializing in joint venture operations, is celebrating another accomplishment worth sharing. Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation recently recognized the Pennsylvania-based company with a “Top Fundraising Award.”
The recognition stems from Title Alliance’s month-long “TA Gives Back” campaign in 2022, when its team members, partners and customers raised nearly $9,600 for the organization, which supports patients and families affected by pediatric cancer.

Many of the offices across the 12-state Title Alliance footprint held “Yellow Days” and participated in a Lemon Challenge to raise a portion of the funds. For the Title Alliance Gives Back Lemon Challenge, participants were tasked with sucking on a lemon for 30 seconds and/or making a campaign donation. The fundraising award is given by Alex’s Lemonade Stand to celebrate contributions of $5,000 or more.

Previous beneficiaries of Title Alliance’s annual “give back” month have included Feeding America and DomesticShelters.org. Title Alliance is looking forward to hosting this annual campaign effort again this Fall.

Already an established and trusted company, Title Alliance has had plenty to celebrate lately. Near the end of 2022, it was named a Top Work Place by the Philadelphia Inquirer and is optimistic about repeating the distinction in 2023.
