Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader, welcomes Patti J. DeGennaro back to their corporate team as Senior Operations Manager and Process Specialist. DeGennaro brings over 30 years of industry related experience to the table, 28 of them were as part of the Title Alliance Family. Her appointment comes on the heels of the announcement of Christy Hempstead as Regional Operations Manager.

DeGennaro served in many roles within the Title Alliance organization from 1985 until 2013. Most notably, she was responsible for running T.A. Financial Services based in Pittsburgh, PA; launching a partnership focused on handling reverse mortgage transactions and for her role and contributions as a Partner and COO of Title Alliance.

Since 2013, DeGennaro has successfully completed multiple user manuals; customized training manuals for software platforms and several instructional training videos on various elements of the life of a file. Additionally, she has served as a consultant and expert witness during arbitration. DeGennaro worked closely with computer programmers to expand software platforms by providing the required screen layouts and design details. She remains a PA Licensed Title Agent. DeGennaro holds a BS in Regional Planning and Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and both an MBA and a Paralegal Certificate from Duquesne University.

“We knew we needed someone with both a strong understanding of our company, but also the knowledge to institute change,” says Michele Rist, Regional Director for Title Alliance. “It is a no brainer to me to have Patti join our team. She has an in-depth knowledge of setting companies up and building systems to streamline efficiencies and procedures. I’m confident she’ll make a significant impact on our company with the processes she’ll be working with this year and beyond.”

DeGennaro will first focus on streamlining the company’s Central Processing Unit to best service all of their operations within their 10 state footprint. DeGennaro’s first day will be January 22, 2018.

“When approached about the position, it felt very natural to me,” says DeGennaro. “I’ve had the opportunity to see and witness many things in the industry over the last few years, and I’m excited about bringing knowledge of various techniques and tools back to Title Alliance in order to strengthen and streamline their operational processes while keeping the integrity of the Title Alliance model intact. It feels like I’m coming home, and I couldn’t be more excited.” DeGennaro concludes.
