Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today that Global Title Alliance Miami Branch, has appointed Avanti Maharajh as Manager and Lorena Antunez as Processor. Title Alliance   announced this partnership with Keller Williams in May marking their 21st entity with Keller Williams Market Centers.

In the industry since 1987, Avanti has handled everything from title abstracts and exams all the way through closings. She is a licensed Florida Title Agent and a Florida Notary Public and she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Nova Southeastern University and her Paralegal from Keiser University. She is quick to roll up her sleeves and make sure titles are perfect before settlement. Avanti looks forward to forming relationships with each of her clients and to building Global Title Alliance to be the very best in the area.
