Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today that it has acquired Village Title Agency in Summit County, Ohio. The company’s presence in the northern Ohio market is strengthened by this strategic move expanding their portfolio to include 7 Northern Ohio operations.

Founded in 1995, Village Title Agency has been locally owned and managed by Gayle Snyder, Esq. Over the last 21 years, Village Title has prided itself on employing local residents to handle all aspects of the business so that the employees truly understand the markets in which their clients are buying and selling.
