Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today that it has appointed Stephanie Stotler Brewer as Corporate Attorney for their Title Alliance Group of Maryland Office, based in Columbia, Maryland. The entity, a partnership between RE/MAX and Title Alliance, was announced earlier this year.

Brewer is a Maryland native and has an extensive educational background that includes John Carroll School, Salisbury University, and Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE. At Widener University School of Law, she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2013 and graduated with Pro Bono Distinction. Throughout law school, she had the opportunity to intern in Geneva Switzerland for the United Nations, at the World Health Organization (WHO) and in West Chester, PA., for the District Attorney’s Office. She is an attorney in good standing with both the Maryland Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

After attending law school in Delaware, Brewer returned to Maryland and joined the Property and Title Law Firm Morris Schneider Wittstadt in 2013 as an Associate Attorney, she gained more in-depth knowledge in real estate and title work. She then joined Mid-Atlantic Settlement Services as a Settlement Attorney where she honed her skills to create value-added partnerships with Real Estate Agents and Lenders.
