Title Alliance Announces Appointment of Newman Title Agency Assistant Manager in Strongsville, OH

Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today that it has appointed Erica Burmeister as Assistant Manager of Newman Title Agency. Newman Title Agency is a partnership between Title Alliance, LTD and Russell Real Estate Services. This news comes immediately following the announcement of Erin Koz’s promotion to Manager.

Erica Burmeister began her title career when she was still in high school working for a title agency in Medina, OH. There she gained a broader knowledge and skill set in customer service, preparing title commitments & policies, title examining and eventually branching into escrow. Deciding to make a change Burmeister went into the restoration field where she worked for 9 years. She became proficient and certified in water & fire restoration, remediation, abatement and project management. Since joining Newman Title in 2011, Burmeister has held every position within the company, making her a well versed and cross trained Assistant Manager.
