Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today that it has appointed Erin Koz as Manager of Newman Title Agency. Newman Title Agency is a partnership between Title Alliance, LTD and Russell Real Estate Services.

Koz began her career in the title industry in 2006. In 2008, Koz decided to broaden her horizons and accepted a position with a foreclosure law firm. After 3 years she had a yearning to return to the title business and joined Newman Title in May of 2011. During her time at Newman, Koz continued her education at Baldwin Wallace College. As a title insurance expert, Koz helps to sort through the details of vesting, easements, survey and title matters. With her broad background she is able to support the Newman’s escrow staff and enhance the superior customer service Newman provides.
