Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today that it has appointed Ashley Johnson as Title Agent and Karen Kaydo as Escrow Officer for North Coast Title. North Coast Title, a partnership between Title Alliance and the Keller Williams Mentor Market Center opened in 2013.

Johnson, a Florida native, has a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics with a Minor in Business Administration from Florida A&M University. With a passion for Real Estate, she relocated to Northeast Ohio where she took a position recording documents. Her area of emphasis was on the final review and recording of title documents adhering to each county title policy and their specific recording guidelines.

“We are committed to finding top talent to help expand our services offered at North Coast Title,” says Brenda Shockey Takacs, Manager of North Coast Title. “Ashley has incredible attention to detail, which is necessary for a Title Officer, and has the drive that will allow her to thrive on our team.”

Kaydo, a Northeast Ohio native, is a results-oriented business professional with close to 30 years in a successful Real Estate Career. Her experience is on both the lending and the title/escrow side. She possesses a comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions and is well known in the industry for her accuracy and integrity.
