Johnson is a Virginia notary public with over a decade of processing and closing experience in the title industry. As a detail oriented, deadline driven professional, she will propel the Title Alliance of Virginia operation forward. Her experience in handling a file from application through closing is essential to the smooth operation of Title Alliance of Virginia Beach. Her experience in the industry began in 1998.

“Danielle’s skillset and forward thinking personality is exactly what we were looking for in our Virginia Beach operation,” says Nancy D. Johnson is noted for her follow-up and thoroughness, two very important qualities in a title operation manager. Her experience dealing with FHA and VA loans as well as first time and repeat homebuyers will strengthen her position. She has recently passed her Virginia state title insurance licensing exam and is awaiting state appointment.
