Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today it has appointed Dan Jensen as Closing Manager for Keystone Premier Settlement Services Bethlehem. This appointment comes weeks after the appointment of   Bill O’Connell as Title Alliance’s Pennsylvania Relationship Manager.

Jensen has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry having been a processing manager and office manager. While working in New Jersey, Jensen was required to clear title and spent 10 years as a traveling closer and has done closings from in an office to in a Wendy’s dining room. In 2016, he joined Title Alliance as a closer where he was responsible for making sure closings went smoothly. As Closing Manager, he will focus on making sure transactions run smoothly and the closing process is easy for agents and their home buyers and sellers.

Jensen will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with agents and strive to keep ethics and customer service a first priority while maintaining on time closings and great customer service.
