Title Alliance, Ltd,  a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today it has appointed Danielle Johnson as Manager for their newest joint venture Title Alliance Partners of Virginia. The company announced their partnership with Kline May Real Estate,   Title Alliance Partners of Virginia,   last month.

A graduate of Ashworth College, Johnson’s career in the title industry began in 1999 when she worked as a receptionist before becoming assistant manager. As Manager, Johnson will be responsible for establishing relationships with local agents, employee training, underwriting, and closings.

“We’re very excited to be expanding our footprint in Virginia and to continue growing our company to ensure we provide a smooth closing experience for our clients,” says Michele Rist, Pennsylvania State Manager. “We are very fortunate that Danielle was willing to move across the state to manage our newest Virginia operation. With her experience in both the title industry and with the T.A. Way compacted by her passion and drive for an exceptional customer experience, we know she will assure great things will happen at Title Alliance Partners of Virginia.”

Johnson will focus on providing smooth closing experiences and will oversee the Title Alliance Partners of Virginia team including Anna Bergey as processor. Bergley joined the team at the company’s launch and will form a solid foundation under Johnson’s leadership.

“This has been a very exciting transition into a new city and I look forward to bringing the T.A. Way to Harrisonburg,” says Johnson. “I’m excited to be able to open Title Alliance Partners of Virginia and to provide smooth settlement experiences to clients.”
