Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today that it has appointed John Ross, Affiliated Business Specialist, as Regional Director for Village Title Agency, a newly acquired entity. The acquisition of Village Title was announced last month.

Ross’s career in the Real Estate and Title Insurance Industry began in 1987. During his career, he has proven to have expert knowledge in a multitude of fields, including: residential title insurance; commercial title insurance; title joint ventures; real estate strategist; and a real estate educational speaker. His ability to think outside of the box to solve problems and to streamline operations has followed him throughout his career. Ross graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing in 1991.

As Regional Director, Ross will be responsible for monitoring the operation and establishing systems and metrics to propel Village Title Agency to levels of growth previously unrealized. He will work closely with the staff to streamline processes, create efficiencies and to focus on providing exceptional customer service to their clients. Ross focuses on utilizing the strengths of each team member to allow the entity to make an impact on the transaction for their clients.

Ross, a licensed title agent in the state of Ohio, will continue his role as Affiliated Business Specialist where he focuses on finding opportunities for growth. Ross focuses on new growth for Title Alliance and also on growth of existing operations. He specializes in forming lasting and meaningful relationships and understanding the nuances of each customer’s requirements and preferences, and this is something he hopes to pass on to those whom he manages. John’s territories include Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky and Texas.
