Title Alliance Appoints Kevin Gunter as Settlement Officer for Executive Settlement Providers

Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today it has appointed Kevin Gunter as Settlement Officer for Executive Settlement Providers, LLC. This appointment comes after the announcement of   Lori Burnisky as Process Analyst.

Gunter’s extensive background in the title industry dates back 25 years ago when he worked in his family’s title business. Since then, he has worked in all aspects of title insurance including commercial, residential, resale and refinance. As closer, Gunter will be responsible for preparing closing statements, issuing title policies, coordinating with lenders, and scheduling and conducting the closing.

“Kevin has an extensive background in and knowledge of the title insurance industry and I’m confident he has the tools to be a successful closer,” says Michele Rist, Pennsylvania State Manager. “We are very excited to have someone with his experience to help us continue our growth in this operation.”

Gunter’s focus will be to ensure the operation is in compliance with regulatory issues and provide a smooth closing experience. Executive Settlement Providers opened its doors in 1996. A partnership with RE/MAX Executive Realty-Bryn Mawr and RE/MAX Executive Realty-Wayne, Executive Settlement Providers prides itself on creating a seamless closing experience for their mutual clients.
