Title Alliance Appoints Lori Burnisky as Process Analyst

Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today it has appointed Lori Burnisky as Process Analyst. This appointment comes weeks after the announcement of   Tiffany Coston as Escrow Officer for Title Alliance Elite Agency.

A graduate of the University of Phoenix, Burnisky has her Professional Project Management Certification as well as a B.A. in Business Management. Burnisky has worked in the title industry for over 20 years and joined Title Alliance in 1998 as a title examiner and typist. Since then she has held various positions within Title Alliance including Key Account Manager, Office Manager, Settlement Coordinator, and Reverse Mortgage Specialist. As Process Analyst, she will be working with operations to observe and analyze various processes and workflows within each office.

As a Six Sigma Green Belt, Burnisky understands the importance of streamlining processes for efficiencies but also to finding measurable and quantifiable financial gains through the process improvement methods. Burnisky will monitor, measure and map existing processes and make recommendations for process and product enhancements. Her primary focus is that of process improvement while being cognizant of specific regional or geographical requirements.
