Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today that it has appointed Victoria Coyne as its Florida Regional Director. This appointment is the fourth operational appointment the company has made this year.

Coyne’s career in the title industry began in the 1980s as a title examiner before moving on to a closing agent and paralegal in Massachusetts. She spent 15 years as the Operating Principle Broker of a boutique real estate office in the north shore community of Boston, holding brokers’ licenses in the state of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. During the downturn of the market, she took on an operations position for a large foreclosure law firm and then moved to Florida in 2011 due to the opportunity in the default market. Coyne is credited with helping thousands of Florida homeowners and realtors to a successful short sale closing as Director of the short sale division of a statewide title company.

In 2014, Victoria obtained her Florida broker’s license and most recently held the position of Team Leader & Designated Broker of Keller Williams Preferred Partners in Palm Beach. She is a licensed title agent in the state of Florida. As Regional Director she will be responsible for leading the company’s efforts throughout Florida specifically helping the company’s existing operations achieve optimal performance and service levels so that they can make a strong name for them in the marketplace.
