Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, through our partnership with SymbianceHR, has appointed Warren Cooks as Director of Human Resources. This announcement comes weeks after the appointment of   Kevin Gunter as Settlement Officer for Executive Settlement Providers.

Cook’s career began in Human Resources as an HR Generalist, then progressed into roles of increasing responsibility such as HR Manager, and HR Consultant in the pharmaceutical industry. He has owned and operated numerous staffing and consulting firms where he delivered a variety of management consulting advisory services to his clients. As Director of HR, Cook will be responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the human resources and training departments within Title Alliance and will work closely with the leadership team to streamline processes and procedures to enhance talent acquisition, orientation, and all strategic, administrative, and compliance aspects of both functions.
