Title Alliance Ltd, the leader in RESPA-compliant title joint ventures since 1983, announced today that Title Alliance of Central Ohio, LLC of Cincinnati, OH has hired Lacy Judge as Closing and Marketing Representative.

Lacy Judge is a 1989 graduate of Ohio State University and holds a Bachelor Degree is Business. With over 20 years in the financial and title insurance industry combined within the state of Ohio, she brings both a results-driven attitude and knowledge of the industry within the state to Title Alliance of Central Ohio.

Judge most recently has held the position of Independent Settlement Closer with Northwest Select Title of Worthington, OH since 1996, where she performed over 1800 loan closings for some of the top US banking corporations. She was also responsible for the coordination of the loans once received from the lender and the title company.

“The addition of Lacy to our team in Ohio will help manage our increasing customer demands and expectations,” said John Ross of Title Alliance. “She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm that will help the company continue to grow.”

The growth of Title Alliance of Central Ohio comes following the announcement of the quarter four 2013 increase in profits. Title Alliance’s family of affiliates in Ohio had an impressive jump in profit from 2012 to 2013. The joint ventures within Ohio turned a profit of $2,168,294, which was a 50% increase from 2012, where they profited $1,445,269.

“After a successful first quarter, we anticipate 2014 will result in even more business than last year,” said Nancy Warner of Title Alliance. “As the housing market has begun to turn around, there is greater demand for title insurance for homebuyers. That is why it is with great pride that I announce that we will now be servicing not only Cincinnati, but also Columbus, Ohio. Title Alliance of Central Ohio is now a multi-member joint venture.”

Lacy Judge will begin with Title Alliance of Central Ohio on May 1.
