Title Alliance, a RESPA-compliant ESOP company who specializes in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today they have hit a major milestone with the anticipated opening of their first partnership in Florida, Title Alliance of Collier County. The Title Alliance of Collier County partnership with the Keller Williams Marco Island Market Center marks the 38th entity for Title Alliance and the 19th entity currently with Keller Williams.

The partnered title insurance agency is expected to open October 1, 2014. When the latest entity opens, Title Alliance will have 38 entities, physically located in 9 different states: Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, New Jersey, Indiana, New York, Virginia and Maine.

The Keller Williams Marco Island Market Center opened in 2006 and currently has 98 agents who service real estate properties on Marco Island and in Naples, FL. The Market Center currently has the number one market share on Marco Island. The McCarty team of agents is currently the number one team in all of Florida for closed production for Keller Williams Realty and number 18 for Keller Williams International in the Country.

The Marco Island Keller Williams location’s current profit share is $80,270.00, with a profit share last year of $109,400.00. The teams at Marco Island believe through a partnership with Title Alliance, they will be able to exceed their profit share by being able to focus solely on their business.

Beginning October 1, Title Alliance of Collier County, located in the Marco Island Keller Williams Market Center, will be available as a full-service title company offering a range of services including title and escrow needs for the public, the construction industry, attorneys, banks, real estate, and other lenders. The company will offer title insurance, preparation of closing costs, payoffs, title searches, assistance with coordinating and preparing closing papers, 1031 exchanges to defer capital gains, disbursement of mortgage funds, and act as a notary public.
