Title Alliance’s Chief Strategy Officer Recognized by Real Estate Industry

Media, PA (March 12, 2020) – Title Alliance, Ltd (Title Alliance), a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, is proud to announce its Chief Strategy Officer, Lindsay Smith, has been recognized for her outstanding achievements in the industry.

Smith was selected for the 2020 Real Estate Newsmakers Achievers Award for her success in creating a better real estate process by raising the standards of professionalism. She was among just six people nationwide in the Achievers category who were recognized for this industry honor.

“We are thrilled to see Lindsay recognized for her tireless efforts to guide customers, inspire employees, and provide innovation solutions for all our agencies in the Title Alliance family,” said Jim Campbell, CEO of Title Alliance. ”Her unwavering dedication to creating opportunities for our company through expansion and elevating the experiences provided in the closing process have elevated our line of services and put the title industry on notice.”

Smith has dedicated her career to the real estate industry, serving as a leader within Title Alliance and a mentor to women in the industry for over 15 years. Her focus on forming genuine connections and providing employees new opportunities for personal and professional development has also helped the company recruit top talent.

“I am honored to be selected among such an important group of industry professionals for the RISMedia’s Achievers Award,” said Smith. “I believe that every employee, every partner and every client should experience something incredible. Evolving the company culture to reflect this simple idea, and focusing on fostering positive mindsets within our organization have proven to be a successful motivator as Title Alliance expands nationwide.”

As Chief Strategy Officer, Smith assists Title Alliance’s top executives in developing, communicating and executing corporate and joint venture strategic initiatives. Recently, she and Campbell made the unprecedented move of releasing the company’s 3-year strategy to the public, which revealed the goals to double top line revenue and become a Top 100 Place to Work in major markets.

Smith joined Title Alliance in 2005 as Project Manager and worked her way up to Director of Sales and Marketing before joining the C-Suite. She was featured, along with all the finalists, in the January issue of Real Estate Magazine and will be honored on stage during RISMedia’s 2020 Real Estate Newsmakers reception and dinner at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C in May.
