Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader, welcomes its newest Regional Operational Manager to the team. Christy Hempstead’s past experiences and character reinforces Title Alliance’s commitment to strong leadership and continued growth  in 2018, and places emphasis on their Region 1, PA/NJ/NY, footprint.

Hempstead arrives with a background in business and a true entrepreneurial spirit. After graduating from Hofstra University in 2004, Hempstead dedicated 12 years to the family title business in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. Alongside her father, Hempstead carried on a legacy of excellent customer service and networking.

Hempstead began her real estate career as a title processor. In 2009, she went on to manage one of three satellite offices. Following success in this role, Hempstead oversaw all three satellite offices and consequently, was named Vice President of Operations.

On top of her undergraduate education, Hempstead has maintained a real estate license since 2006, citing the importance of ongoing industry education while growing critical relationships with real estate agents, investors, developers and lending institutions.

Finally, after leaving the family business at the end of 2017, Hempstead will begin a   new professional journey  with Title Alliance, while furthering her title industry experience.

Hempstead reaffirms her enthusiasm and commitment by saying, “[I am dedicated to providing] the best possible closing experience to customers. I constantly strive to deliver more than is expected. Throughout my career, I feel this contributed to our large clientele base. When it came to managing staff (which we treated as family), it was important for me to embrace a leadership role and create a positive environment for our employees.” She concludes, “Title Alliance is a perfect fit for me, and I’m ready to hit the ground running in 2018, we all have big goals to achieve.”

“I spent the last 11 months reviewing and growing our Region 1 Operational Team, and I knew I needed someone with a strong knowledge base in the industry and a passion for leading and growing to join our team so that we could continue to grow,” says Michele Rist, Regional Director for Title Alliance. She continues, “Christy’s enthusiasm was noticeable on our first meeting and in addition to her extensive title experience she comes from a similar culture which I feel will make her transition seamless. I am so excited to watch Christy continue to grow and develop at Title Alliance.”
